Scheduling and Completion: 

  • Scheduling of virtual tours can be done by phone, in person or by email. Location, date, time and way of entry (who will be present for entrance to location) shall be agreed upon before any tour is scheduled. All scenes of the location/object to be photographed and included in the tour shall be at the photographer’s discretion unless previously specified by the client.
  • Once the virtual tour has been photographed, created and authorized, the client will receive notification of such by email within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Notwithstanding the foregoing, every effort will be made to post the tours online within a 24-hour period, excluding larger tours. A URL link enabling instant access to the virtual tour and for website linking purposes will be given to the client once payment is received in full.
  • If the client does not receive a completion of virtual tour email by the two-business day deadline as defined above, please contact Robo-Tours at 702.449.2850 between 9:00am and 7:00pm PST, Monday thru Friday, or you may reply by email to info@robo-tours.com .


Cancellation - Retake - Weather Policy:

Robo-Tours considers it a privilege to work with you and understands that reasons for cancellations do occur. Please note that our photographers are busy professionals, so keep this in mind when requesting a tour appointment. If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you call us as soon as possible. Robo-Tours reserves the right to charge any applicable cancellation fees within reason.

  • If the client calls Robo-Tours and cancels with at least 24 hours notice of the agreed upon scheduled appointment time, there will be no cancellation charge.
  • If the client calls and cancels with less than 24 hours from the agreed upon scheduled appointment time, there will be a minimum $25.00 cancellation charge to the client.
  • In the event that the client does not meet the photographer within thirty (30) minutes of the agreed upon scheduled appointment time (if needed to be present), this is considered a no show.  A charge of $25.00 will be submitted to the client, unless the client calls Robo-Tours with an acceptable reason within the thirty minutes.
  • If the appearance of any image is unsatisfactory to the client, Robo-Tours will review it to determine whether a retake is necessary and who will incur the expense of the retake if at fault.  Robo-Tours reserves the right to have the final decision on such retake requests. Retakes based on issues other than image quality are subject to an additional fee if the client was not present at the original shoot. Retakes necessary due to quality issues clearly resulting from incorrect camera settings will be retaken at no additional cost. If the client does not personally attend the tour shoot, this will prevent the client’s ability to provide artistic input and will void the right to request retakes for reasons other than quality issues at no additional charge.  Virtual tour photography retake requests resulting from the property's physical appearance will be charged per scene.
  • Due to safety/liability issues and tour quality, scheduled tour photography may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather at the photographer’s sole discretion.

Guarantees and Rights:

  • Virtual tours are guaranteed to be completed and posted within two business days of the appointment Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST (excluding larger tours). Tours are not posted on weekends or holidays. If a tour is photographed the day before a holiday, it will not be posted online until the next business day following the holiday. If a tour is photographed on a Friday, or over the weekend, it will not be posted online until the following Monday between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. (Tours must be paid in full to be posted online.)
  • Robo-Tours retains for life, reproduction and display rights to all images for use in providing to future clients so long as they are deemed public in nature. This may include photographic competition, promotional materials or any publication of an original manuscript or portfolio for trade or other use. ‘Public in nature’ shall be any media that would be visible to the general public from the location the subject media was captured without the requirement of special access being granted by the client.

Payment and Deposit:

  • Once a virtual tour is created, an invoice will be issued to the client for the total amount owed.  When the invoice is paid in full, the tour code link for website linking will be provided to the client and the tour will be live online...no exceptions.  Preferred payment is by using the electronic online PayPal link issued (check or debit/credit card) as it is the easiest and quickest method. If you choose to pay by written check using snail mail, please make payment to ‘Robo-Tours’ and send to the address listed on the invoice.
  • Any virtual tour locations over 50 land/nautical miles from Mesquite, Nevada will incur a minimal travel charge. Robo-Tours reserves the right to request a deposit from the client, in advance, to secure the tour appointment and to initiate departure to the location. Any advance deposit received by Robo-Tours from the client will be deducted from their total virtual tour cost.
  • Robo-Tours is willing to barter for our services so clients can reduce the cost of their tours. Past clients have bartered with room/board, rounds of golf, airfare, boat rental and travel/tour passes. Any barter agreements must be negotiated in writing and prior to any departure or work being started for the client’s virtual tour. This has been a win/win result for all of us involved.
