How quickly will my tours be online?
Virtual tours are typically processed within 1-2 business days of the location/object being photographed. The time it takes them to get implemented into your site is dependent on your webmaster.

Your virtual tours will each expire 12 months from the date it is produced online. Each virtual tour can be renewed on an annual basis.
How many scenes can be included in each tour?
The tour window supports 30 scenes in any combination of full 360, partial 360 or still images. More than 30 scenes may be ordered for an additional charge. If you have renderings instead of photos, we can add them as well or in addition to actual photos. Scenes included can be determined by client and/or photographer.
What would happen to my virtual tours if your servers were to fail?
We use a virtual tour technology that relies on a series of back up servers located in multiple locations throughout the USA. If one server were to fail, the next available back up server would kick in. This is called mirroring and the system is designed to ensure that the virtual tours experience maximum up time.
How are your UNIX servers backed up?
The servers are subject to scheduled backups which take place once each week.
Can I change the skin and text colors of my tour windows?
Yes. You can choose any color you wish for the skin and text colors of your tour windows.
If I change my company or contact information do I have to re-create my tours?
If you change your contact information, you simply need to let us know and we will update the changes in your online profile. All of your tours will automatically update and the existing links to the tours will remain the same.

Yes. You can add a floor plan image via a separate feature button below the view screen on the tour window or you can include a floor plan as one of your images within the view screen on the tour window.
Can I place a printable flyer on my tours?
Yes. If you have your own flyer (either .doc or .pdf and less than 2MB in size), you can email it to us and we can attach it to the tour for you.
How can I link to my tours?
We will supply you with the links to your virtual tour so that you can place them onto your web sites. If the virtual tour is a real estate tour, it can also be sent to Homeseekers.com and Homes.com at no additional charge. PicturePath is available for an additional fee which pushes the virtual tour to Realtor.com, Homestore.com, AOL.com and MSN.com.
Are your tours MLS compliant?
Yes. We offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. The different formats are viewable by clicking on unique links that we can provide. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the tour with the most features while still while meeting the requirements of your local MLS.
